Time for You to Breathe!

So here I was, finding myself once again with too much to do, and too little time to do it. Have you ever had so much to do, that you just kinda felt stuck and found yourself doing little or nothing?

Well, I had my long to-do list, and was waiting until I had about 3 hours available, to devote one hour, to each of 3 tasks. (Yeah, right…like that was going to happen!)

Then I tried a different way of time management and the power of 15 minutes. I had the thought: While I don’t have 3 hours, I could find 1 hour; so what if I devoted 15 minutes to each task, every day.

Well I was amazed at what happened. First of all at the end of the day, I felt rewarded and satisfied, because while previously I had made no progress, with the 15 minutes of productivity, I had actually made quite a bit of progress!

These 15 minutes per day really added up, and by the end of a week, I had gotten quite a bit done.
